On Earth Day


Organizing lobbyists pass the laws,
Notorious for empty compromised draws.

Earth all too often; last on their list.
Priorities of clean water dismissed.
Resources consumed and used,
Throughout the planet; growth refused.
Hardly noticed by the masses...

Demand exceeds supply of the classes,
As our world becomes extinct.
Yes We Can! Heal our home by instinct.
