A brief poem about the intricacies of the heart and mind.
I am looking for a woman who can levitate
Herself above the flame of life.
I am looking for a woman who can dissipate
Her learned beliefs of blame and strife.

I am intransigent in only this:
I need substantiation. No pretenses. No curtains.
We must bridge the abyss and
Cross the Rubicon together.

I want to breathe my words onto your body.
I want to kiss you so hard and deep
That I actually taste your soul.
Nothing less is worth the fever.
