I've found something lost. It was never mine nor will be. I look forward to returning it.
A MEMORY IN TIME.

I have found amongst treasures
A gift from a life,
Passed through four hands to my keep.

It continues to breathe
Yet no life it contains,
But the memories within make me weep.

I will see it returned
To the rightful one's grasp,
This token of silver and gold,

For my hand it's not mean't,
And soon will be gone,
But in reflection an honour to hold.
