The tragic loss................
Eyes blinded,
by hate and pride.
A love. A loss.
A heart denied.

Questioned. Tried.
But feelings born,
thus ignored.
A heart torn.

Mouth shut.
Critical. Unspoken.
Returned unopened.
A heart broken.
