Short, disapointing poem about good intentions lost.
A treasure trove

Once I read a article, in the local newspaper
It was an associated press story
There was a millionare that wrote short stories
Stories about animals and nature
Books for small children
In these stories he put clues to find treasure hidden across the states
Then this kind and generous millionare hid small fortunes in trees and stumps in national parks
But the children never found these treasures
Because the word got out
And the greedy and the wrong decided it was time to cash in
Not many can beat an intelligent evil man
So within a few months this kind millionare past away
Dark hearted souls decended upon his hidden fortunes
So his selfless act only made the greedy richer and shattered the dreams of hopefull
Children
