Angel Of The Night

She rides the wind at night
Traveling from star to star
Streaking through the sky
Watching us form afar
She’s an Angel of the night

She peeks in while we sleep
To offer words of encouragements
A treasure we should keep
Such heartfelt compliments
She’s an Angel of the night

Her work is never done
‘til she soothes our hearts and minds
And when morning comes
In our mails we will find
Tokens, from the Angel of the night

And when it’s time to rest
On a star is where she sleep
To us she gave her best
With no rewards to reap
She’s an Angel of the night
