Frustration Friends Failure
The phone rings with salespeople
The email chimes with hot people
That are phoney and misleading
Is it too much pleading?

The mail is full of bills
The customers use the bathroom
and Leave Us with filthy thrills
I'd rather be in a padded room.

I send out an email announcing a birth
I do the same on a social website
Barely a response from family and friends
All sorts of responses from people I don't know.
I don't get it.

I feel strange picking up the phone
Knowing I will get excuses or have to leave a message
that won't be returned until I moan
In case of emergency

So I change my tune
Go fishing when I can
Take long walks by myself
And hope for a better day tomorrow
