A poem about Caenée who got transformed into Caenus.
Poseidon's lover
Asking for a favor
Wanted to be a man
To make a strong stand

The wish granted
Matters realized
Quickly, they parted
Nothing else stated

Entering the fight
Not a pretty sight
Against the Calydon's boar
Rage and anger uproar

Forced to be death
Return to a former state
Poseidon not upset
No longer, they met

It was the end
A will bend
Saving honor
Proud manners

That very brief time
Was just an illusion
For a little time
Authority connection

A wish of liberty
Courage in legacy
Hope for the future
Death was a cure

Loneliness of the choice
Strongness of the voice
Not at all understood
Feared in the neighborhood
