I changed it and I am not sure if I like it.
It rains
Collecting
Growing
A storm
Building
Me
Suspended out the window

A suicidal leap
With out the death
Or pain
Or falling
Or being alone

A roller coaster
With all the excitement
And thrill
And pleasure
And more

And her
Riding with me

Rain
Lasting longer
Becoming wetter
Suspended in this dark wet world
Of a summer storm

I move with it
Work with it
Conduct a symphony to crescendo

Lightning
Crash
And thunder
“A drum roll please”

The pressure
Imploding on itself
With a squeeze
An explosion
The best kind
The wet kind

Conducting
Nerve endings firing
Lightning strikes
The heart beat faster

I need it
To taste it
To feel it

And share it
The feelings
With the reason
My reason
For continuing to be

Her with me
Forever
Out the same window
Into the same dark wet world
Of the same summer storm

Another flash
Another crash
Another squeeze
Air trying to release
The heat, force, energy
That has been building all summer long

Building again
A new storm after sleep
A new energy to carry on
Fuel and a charge
Electricity
To make the heart beat faster

And myself in the center of it all
Letting the wet wash over me
The happiness
The freedom

The reason
My stomach in my throat
Butterfly’s in my stomach
The Thrill
Myself
Caught up by it
Carried away
Lost in the feeling
Myself
In the center of it all
