we all have our follies, but what do we do about it?
Like change in your pocket,
Like snow on the ground,
I spread my magic thin,
And I’ll turn around.
It’s hard to hide a mountain.
It’s wrong to let it go.
When stars implode,
The feeling’s low.
When angels sin,
And devils are divine,
Sometimes it takes junkie,
To show you life is fine.
A final haggard cough.
A single second thought.
Have you found that thing,
That thing that you have sought?
