“How could anybody just kill himself?” Mari demanded.

“If a person got depressed enough…” said Bailey.

“Haven’t you ever thought about it?” asked Jill. “I have.”

“No, of course not. Have you, Bailey?”

“Hardly a day goes by that I don’t think about it.”
