Stealing and snatching, all are fair in love and war.
STOLEN KISSES

What if I have stolen kisses?
You, too, did steal my heart.
This stealing is, apparently,
a part of lovers’ art.

Though stolen kisses may be sweet,
sweeter, a heart stolen.
I wish I, too, could steal your heart
if you let it happen.

For each other I think we’re made;
let all doubts be rested.
If we exchange our hearts then this
will be truly tested.
