about lost love
I thought I'd found her a hundred times
As the perfect future ran through my mind
I thought I'd found her a hundred times
But her future, wasn't mine
Lord knows, I know it takes time
But can she really be this hard to find
I swear I've found her a hundred times
But now I know
Love wasn't on her mind

Why do the ones I want, not want me
Yet the ones who do
I just can't see
I don't know how much more I can take
Lord knows my heart aches

I've quit quite a few things
But never on the feeling love brings
I can't imagine leaving
Without having felt someone recipricate that feeling
