A spoonful of sugar....
What if I was to kill the angels that call this heaven home.
It would be you an me and a pair of wings......
left to fly the unknown.

We could take a little trip to the kingdom of sin
                              with love and hate....
we would fit right in.

Then maybe fly off to the land of the dead,
where such things as love and hate and all that feels the need to relate,
could be found to be mere musings of the head.

Who knows how the Isle of the gods would look in the frame of our tourist lens,
but the horrifying thought of viewing the fraud that is current within that resort,
would surely make me want to take flight again.

To a sky and a field that could make all these depressing images yield,
into the bliss of just you and me.

Melded and melted to the bone,
we would be as one but always alone,
to see the beauty thats rife,
  beyond the turmoil and strife,
of this fucked up, consumerized, insignificant, pawnbroked
politically correct, overly litigous, blindly religious, unaware,
microwaved meals in the heart of the dull brown lights of
            middle class suburbia,
                fancy tie day on friday.........
life.

"Well I guess that's cool....but I would rather you just pass the sugar dear....."
