My first attempt at Poetry. Written when I had to chase my own demons and unable to seep.
As the Sun begins to rise
I finally close my sorrowed eyes

In the warmth of the golden Sun
I chase my fears and watch them run.

As the Sun shines over me
Soft and shimmering through the trees

Emerald grass wet with dew
When I awake, the worlds' anew.

For slumber sweet, I pray to thee,
Blessed Lady, comfort me.
