Don't lie to me, I don't live free
A fight for freedom and liberty
Me free, how could it be?

A victim of society, that's you that's me
Society a victim of democracy
Built by you, built by me?

Controlling forces, born of greed
The rules the laws they have impede
Have taken away our liberties

This is not my democracy
Therefore I cannot agree
That we are really free

It tears my heart to watch men die
Fighting for freedom and liberation
When all to soon it will be forsaken

Don't play a game of chance with me
For when it comes to do or die
