I wrote this as an english assignment. Keep in mind: it was before I knew I was lesbian.
Forbidden Love

 
She walked by as if in beautiful grace;

To turn away would be impossible.

Fancies of tracing the lines of her face,

With fingers trembling just a little.

 
Of her, I must be completely obsessed.

I'm always dreaming and of her thinking.

Of her, I believe I'm fully posessed.

The hopelessness must stop, also the wanting

 
No more hidden and forbidden glances,

She must know how I feel, feel for her.

Now we dance, as one, slow dances,

Now we share these feelings together.

 
I am glad I told her of my desire,

Now our love is a passionate fire.
