Inspired by my greatest love, I realize that existence is chaos in relative matter
“Ants are very civilized, but they too have wars. It’s amazing to watch the victor cleaning up the dead corpses” You assert, while sipping on the bitter espresso given to you by the barista, who’s intent is
on getting your attention rather than doing her job.

“Truly civil” I utter while trying to ignore her
and
your
eyes
and focus on the lop-sided corporate art hung on the faux-finished walls.
Someone watched Trading Spaces.

”I want to build a spaceship
Filled with only your coding

There on our ship we could breed a billion different yous,
And populate a new society
Filled with honesty
Filled with trust
Brilliance
Beauty"

And I could forget fear

”Cause you have good genes,
sir,
good genes” –

I pause and wait for your reaction,
Amazingly you pull back
and I become impressed
with my creativity to regain your attention.
Now the waitress with the pretty pupils doesn’t matter anymore.

Relativity justifies emotions

I am me
Because my mother loved my father
In the spring of 1979
I breathed in the world
And since experienced trauma
Laughter, Joy
Lust
Love

pain

I learned to paint
And my genetic talents grew empathy
Here I am me
Myself
I-

learned to add
And my inherent talents spawned curiosity
Here I am
I-

cried
hated
wanted
And suffocated my desires on greed

I read some elementary philosophy
and learned that this place
Is nothing more then a germinated dream
a beautiful vision filled with active patterns
one to the next

I learned you
and finally felt a clean lily white
summer fresh breeze
hanging on your laughter

But this is not a poem about you
It’s a rant about life and its chaotic disillusion
Those uselessly important things
That defines the air you and I breathe.

Again
None of this is important

Again
It should never be important

Cause you and I are “Living” in true scientific definition
We are a virus
Co-existing in a random platform
Your gene coding,
and pheromones, like a blanket on my skin,
bouncing

back

and

forth

While we build the future with each action
We are completely
inconsequential
We are chaos in relativity
No more vital then the warring ants
Below our toes

No more imperative then the leaves
Or the air that kisses your pupils when you stair out on the stars

My retina moves from the overly aerated and stale foam
to gentle intricacies of your Creole pores,
that amazingly,
make the over powering banging of portafilters, and the chitter-chatter of flirting expectations

disappear.

I can only stop and listen to the inside,
hoping that in the end GOD doesn’t have a sick sense of humor .
And this overwhelming sense of emergency, that screams and begs;
in the end, will all make sense.

Seizing
Bloody
Hope and Dreams
Desires of need
IN
the past present tense

Program of soul.
