Poem of a different path of a suicide. This is how I dealt with a friend's suicide.
Often I wonder the ways of life
of so much sorrow, pain, and strife
and children dying having done no wrong
who lack the food to make them strong.

Often I ponder... and chart a course
to charge Hell's doors upon a suicide horse
to ask and question the ways of the world
where pain flies a banner of terror unfurled.

Upon my suicide horse I would ride
to the gates of Heaven...St Peter's side.
Toll the bells Peter and open the gate
for I've questions of God that will not wait.

When I'd found the answers I seek,
I would ride my horse to Summit's peak
to shout the mysteries for all to hear
then face my death and have no fear.
