a poem bout being trapped
1 hour till, I’m free from these parallel bars,
I’ve cried and torment for the past 8,
To deaft  blind guards,
Who turn casual steel shoulder to my screams,

How can they be so vain, so senseless?
To ignore salt drench earth and river
Flooded checks,
By heaven and hell these bars never
Flinch,
That clock there stands dead in its corner,

Tick, Tock; Tick, Tock; Tick, Tock;
Tick, Tick, Tick,
This lifeless monotonous metronome,
Drowns out my frantic please

Am I forever trapped in this perpetual mental prison;
Warden by Psyche’s Beauty and Eros’ Love?
