this is a little thing i wrote; not a traditional poem
floating head and sinking mind I cant believe this leper steals my face for this sick game he plays he hides in a cave and washes his pains away with sharpened blades living in this broken place where glass and stone clash in an eternal battle the faces in the walls haunting always the roof that never ends and never sees the sky leper leper leave me alone please do not steal my skin lead filled feet hold me down my wings melt in the face of horror which lacks a face in truth clawing scratching scraping me naked naked of all that holds me together he pulls the strings it all falls apart taken by force sacrificed to an internal hunger hunger for more more of the same eerie surprise wrath of faith staring him down with hallowed sockets yelling his name leper leper look at me now leper leper renounce your smile leper leper this vanishing crown leper leper tear it all down
