A poem I wrote yesterday about how I feel now. Intended for song. "Father" as in priest.
Looking down
Looking down at my feet
I know you said it Father
I won't give to defeat

But God's strength
Given to me by friends
I've gone to length
To make it end

Still nothing
Still nothing comes to me
But the occasional
Vein online plea

God be with me
Keep me strong
My friends aren't
around so long
Keep me with you
and let me ask
Forgiveness of
My every task

I do wrong
I've done worse
Now I sow
And that's what hurts
