A poem about humanity. Somewhat "dark", probably not E.
The Angle of Fallen
by James Cannon

The light within has always been like a candle,
The heart of man has always been a difficult one to handle
The light hides beneath a veil of dark human emotion,
The flesh is weak its strength a jesting notion
I feel the burning deep within,
But it is covered with a coat of sin
Where do we go when we are abandoned, left out on the street?
Why, we go to earth and stand on our feet.

God makes us obey his every word,
That he loves these "humans" is absurd!
We shall rebel against his will!
We will make him lay still!
