These were my thoughts as I watched my 5 year old daughter dance.
She stretched her arms above her head. Chin tilted upwards. Long limbs poised. Toes pointed. Her slender hips sway in opposition. She feels her way through her own choreography, eyes closed. Mind and body become one with the music and it is clear the natural grace comes from within. No longer shy, her confidence rules.
