A hungry man’s dream.
HAIKU OF HUNGER


Hungry, I can’t sleep.
Yet, I doze off for a while
And a dream occurs.

I dream of mountains
Of buns and cakes and candies,
Which I eat and eat.

Between turbulent
Hunger and tranquility
Lies a lulling dream.
