Wrote this a long time ago and it's kind of cliché, but everyone has their sad moments.
All these years,
All these tears;
Would have been prevented.
If back when it all started,
We could have just parted.
It all just seems to be discarded
As we go the separate path
In this loveless aftermath.
I hope you cry,
Simply cause you can't laugh.
When I'm gone from here,
When I'm not there stopping your tears.
You'll be missing me
And all that we could be.
Why does love bring me so much misery?
Is it something I can't see?
Is love just not meant for me?
I'm over you!
I am through!
I should have never counted on you
To ever come through.
I use to think I was lost without you,
Now I've learned something I never knew.
Your feelings for me were never true.
I now see our end.
My bones will never mend.
No more messages to send.
We're at our very end.
