This poem is about changing in isolation.
Solitary Refinement

Children always love themselves.
Adolescene makes them flee.
Spirits ride the carousel.
Goes around left unretrieved.

Mother earth will hug her sun.
Prays that I won't fade away.
I walk through the grassy fields.
From the houses I will stray.

In distance I disappear.
The remnants hang in the air.
Rain will cease and fog will clear.
As I curl inside my lair.

In the dark I sit alone.
Scribble agony on pads.
I make things to call my own.
I grow dreams I never had.
