EVERYONE is one.
A bully is somebody who says or does something to somebody to lower the level of that person and thus raise the level of themself.

One may say that bullies are insecure

However, if one says that, they are making an attempt to lower the level of the bully and, in that fashion, raise the level of themselves; thus, making them a bully, and therefore insecure.

However, by writing this I am insulting the person talking about bullies, lowering their level; thus raising the level of myself, being insecure and making me a bully.

However, by reading this, and agreeing with it, you are saying that I am a bully. Therefore you are making an attempt to lower the level of me and raise the level of yourself, thus making you a bully.

         THE CYCLE GOES ON.
