Lethargy

"Lethargy"

Lashes lashed to weighty weeks
Of tired days and lack of sleep.
Within the skull sly shadows rustle
Massaging weary day worn muscle.
Thoughts that drift from front to back
Soon all cares will fade to black,
And falling gently into arms flung wide
The tired groom embraces his quiet bride.
