Fishing, from both perspectives. Not satisfied yet with this catchy poem...
Spending time fishing on the North Fork River.
Long wait for nibbles, quick yank-feel the quiver.

Try to get some feeling how fish could survive.
Never a thought of how long I'll be alive.

Pondering now, of fish and man with a brew.
Bible stories led me on a path to you.

Finding food at the bottom of the water.
Parents warned me of being led to slaughter.

This diet seemed the same bore with added frown.
Until one day, a sinker and worm floats down.

The smell was new; just had to have a good chew!
I took hold and led me on a path to you.

Oh, I fussed and I fought and tried to fight free.
Kept getting drawn in, last photograph of me!

No hooks or saving grace, feeding the worms now.
My spirit sings; my body fills this void -chow.

Thus leads us to an answer, the questions few.
How did I get here? On a straight path to you.
