This is about my favorite painting. Its a monet painting, can you guess which one?
There's a painting that I very much adore
It was hanging above the counter, but now is shattered on my floor
A woman standing on a cliff looking at the ocean
Just the sight of it sets my heart in motion
Her face non-existant, her hair blowing in the wind
Knowing in my heart that we do now blend
For this is me and everything I'm about
My face distorted, behind vieled walls do I shout
Needlessly and carelessly I feel for the woman waiting
Waiting for someone but is only a painting?
Now I realize I am waiting for something too and this is my doom
For I am locked in this painting, a joyus tomb.
