And I’ll have only a few minutes before it leaves.

October, and I'm on the Orient Express, on the route to Vienna, and then to Goettingen, Germany.. The train has only flatland until the Carpatihians. I'll arrive at the Hungarian border at 5 a.m.; Budapest, 9 a.m.; Vienna, 2 in the affternoon. Since I last wrote, the compartment no longer feels so cramped.
The Ministry of Education approved my applicaiton for graduate study at the University.
