A poem draft
Like a leaf on a tree,
You grew on me,
Like an autumn breeze,
You were blown away.
Maybe it's dreams,
Or maybe it's greedy,
I should be grateful that you were,
Though I wish for just one more day.

You were my light in the darkness,
My first and last love,
Why had you got to be taken from me so soon?

Though I know now that you are not gone forever,
You are in the whispers of time,
In my sleep,
In the air.
You are just buried beneath the ground,
But deep in my heart,
My mind,
And you will always be there.

I love you more,
Than I have ever loved anything before,
From where you are,
I hope you can read this, my dear Alexander
