An attempt at poetry (which is undoubtedly my worst kind of writing)
Modern Day Love Sonnet

Heartbeats pound, pulses race.
Love’s breath is hot like fire.
Entangled in a fiery embrace,
Parted lips moan of desire.

Hands trace over exposed hips,
Clothing whispers to the floor.
Tongues dart out to moisten lips,
Trembling, wanting so much more

Melding together, bodies mash,
Dancing the dance of passionate bliss.
Cries sound out, nails gash,
Final moans hushed with a sensual kiss.

Job well done, mission complete, he silently disappears.
She curls in a ball, all alone, with nothing but her tears.
