A son's writing
How many times can one man love?
As many times as stars above.
When born, the boy loves his mother
Will through his life there be another?
Mother’s son grows strong and tall
With teens he hears the young girl’s call
With each new girl its love “4 ever”
True love it seems but lasting, never.
From man-child quickly to maturity
Still, his heart knows no security
For older women play their own game
The only rule to gain his name
When the game has played its course
Love once shared ends in divorce
And so he asks “Will there be another?”
Each man has only one True Love…his mother.
