MY MOMS COOKIE RECIPE
                            EASY  CHOCOLATE  COCONUT  COOKIES

                                                INGREDIENTS

1  CUP SWEETENED  CONDENSED  MILK

4  CUPS  FLAKED  COCONUT

2/3  CUP  MINIATURE  SEMI-SWEET  CHOCOLATE  BITS

1  TEASPOON  VANILLA  EXTRACT

1/2  TEASPOON  ALMOND  EXTRACT

                                              DIRECTIONS

1.  PREHEAT  OVEN  TO 325  DEGREES.  COMBINE  MILK  AND  COCONUT .(  MIXTURE  WILL  BE  GOOEY  ).

2.  ADD  CHOCOLATE  BITS, VANILLA  AND  ALMOND  EXTRACTS  AND  STIR UNTIL  MIXTURE  BLENDS  WELL.

3.  DROP  BY  TEASPOONFUL  ONTO  SPRAYED  COOKIE  SHEET  AND BAKE  FOR  12  MINUTES.  STORE  IN  AIRTIGHT  CONTAINER..
