The Poet Warrior rests on the bank.
Camping

If there was a world
free of if’s and but’s,
I’d be a happy camper.

But that world has long left and gone nuts,
and thus we camp, to resist the pamper.

All is done, in the camp, for fun—
but zero’s and one’s come chase it away.

Yet the river flows beyond the bend,
where the means is the end,

the river, the reason,
the camp—
a rest, at the end of the day.
