Is he up to the challenge? (100 Words No-Repeats Contest Entry)
One hundred words, cannot repeat any. Seems like such a simple task, and yet it may just be the most challenging piece of writing ever conceived. How do you tell an engaging, effective tale with these impossibly restricting rules? Still must pay close attention to character, plot, structure... even mechanics. All while worrying about avoiding repetition!

Hours elapse, laboring over every single minor detail.

Whoever thinks this is easy has no idea.

Almost finished now. Whew, harder than I thought! Need another sentence before achieving precise count mandated by cruel, oppressive contest regulations.

Finally... success! Hopefully big rewards will follow!
