When it all comes together, we are one
WE ARE ONE

My mind suddenly does a
pirouette
and I am once
again in the saddle and she
is searching for her lead,
switching, gathering
her body
together, and mine,
as I say the
word canter
softly
without revealing
any other cues
and she gives the gait
as softly as spoken
and we are one.
