When what you want conflicts with what you have, what wins out? Or, does everyone lose?
Here is my family.
There are you.
Here is my support.
There is love anew.

                                                  Indecision rocks my soul.
                                                  Panic grips my tired heart.
                                                  Chances and changes taunt.
                                                  From someone, I must depart.
                                                               
                                                                                                            There lies my future.
                                                                                                            Here is my history.
                                                                                                            There, opportunity to grow.
                                                                                                            Here is no mystery.

                                                  Thoughts twist and turn.
                                                  A chameleon in my life.
                                                  Loyalty battles individuality.
                                                  Am I the good daughter
                                                        or the new wife?
