An elderly speeder on the road.
Speeding!!!

A senior citizen drove into a BMW dealer ship, searching for a new car. He looked around the dealership, trying to find a car that could make him feel young again. Two hours in, he found a car that tickled his fancy.

"Excuse me, young man?" He asked an employee.

The man turned to the elder. He walked up to him, expecting a question.

"Yes, Sir? Do you have any questions?" The employee replied.

"How much is this car?" The elder asked.

"A Z3?" The man asked.

"I don't know. You tell me." The elder said, turning around looking at the convertible.

"This car costs $16,995." The employee replied.

"16K?" The elder asked, wide eyed.

"That's the lowest price I've seen in years... Most cars these days are around fifty."

"This is an older model." The man explained.

"I'll take it!" The elder exclaimed!

The senior citizen drove his brand new BMW Z3 convertible out of the car salesroom. Taking off down the motorway, he floored it to 90 mph, enjoying the wind blowing through what little hair he had left.

'Amazing!' he thought as he flew down the I18, enjoying pushing the pedal to the metal even more. Looking in his rear view mirror, he saw a police car behind him, blue lights flashing and siren blaring.

'I can get away from him - no problem!' thought the elderly gentleman as he floored it to 110 mph, then 120, then 130 mph. Suddenly, he thought, 'What on earth am I doing? I'm too old for this nonsense!'

So he pulled over to the side of the road and waited for the police car to catch up with him. Pulling in behind him, the police officer walked up to the driver's side of the new BMW convertible, looked at his watch and said, "Sir, my shift ends in 10 minutes. Today is Friday and I'm off for the weekend so I really don't need the paperwork. If you can give me a reason why you were speeding, that I've never heard before, I'll let you go."

The senior looked very seriously at the policeman, "Years ago, my wife ran off with a policeman, that looked a bit like you. I thought you were bringing her back." He replied.

"Have a good day, Sir," said the policeman.
