Sending Butterflies
                   
Sweet bright-eyed mountain rose
Too far, too good to touch
I’ll keep sending you butterflies
My mountain rose.

Sweet bright-eyed winter star
Too high, too hot to reach
I’ll keep wishing on you, angel
My winter star.

Sweet bright-eyed morning breeze,
Too pure, too right to feel
I’ll keep kissing the stirring leaves
My morning breeze.

Sweet bright-eyed summer girl
Too soft, too bright to hold
God, you know that I adore you.
My summer girl.
