A Daily Prayer

I pray for help, O Lord
In all I say and do
So they may be gifts
For me and for You.

I pray for peace, O Lord
Throughout all the Earth
So children may be safe
And peoples full of mirth.

I pray for love, O Lord
For all the young and old.
I pray that all will have success
Whether in friendship or in gold.

O Lord, You are my God
You love and care for all.
I will serve You always
And listen to your call.
