A sort-of answer to the first piece. Not very good, I know.
The darkness has lifted,
There is hope once again.
Somehow the lost girl
Was found in the end.

No one knew where she had gone,
And soon they stopped searching;
When they said, “Gone forever,”
He remained to contend.

Weakened and pale,
She sat all alone
In darkest corners of the earth
Where the tragedies lend

Their horrors sent there
To defeat her again,
And she all alone,
Letting them win.

But lo, through the darkness,
Something true shining clear;
A light as sure as the dawn
Come to break death’s long trend.

He had found her at last,
The long journey complete.
Her life no longer meaningless,
She now has a Friend.

For no matter how hard the journey
Or how far she had strayed,
Somehow the lost girl
Was found in the end.
