Writing is more of expressing grief. I promise im not always a miserable person
As I sit and wonder
Where we went all wrong
My heart is slowly breaking
With you, I do belong
I know we had some bad times
But those I can forget
For, my future is at stake
And I, cannot pay the debt
Your face is seared into my brain
And I can hardly breathe
I plaster on a big fake smile
But I still feel the pain
My pride wont met me look at you
Or even utter your name
So I simply choke back tears
And redirect the blame
I know this isn’t worth it
But my most prominent fear
Is that you’ll find a new love
From your mind, I disappear
I know that you can see me
The desperation in my face
It’s leaking out from all my pores
I look like a disgrace
The days drag by so slowly
As I search for someone new
Although this hole inside my chest
Can be filled by only you
