I wrote this today, from experience i guess. Hope you enjoy!
Two nights ago you broke my heart,
Now it rests with you in a million pieces,
Now it is in your hands resting,
Lifelessly

I can't hear its beating,
Its pulse is long gone,
Its fellings are numb,
Its memories are still with me.

Its dead now,
Stone cold dead, lifeless,
No longer with me,
Gone forever, never to return.

You are leaving along with it,
Going and moving on,
Without me, leaving me here,
no matter how much it hurts me.

You leave without a hug,
Without a goodbye,
Without a granted wish,
just leaving.

You leave me on the stone hard ground,
Gasping, trying to get over you,
I try to forget, but you have left a gaping hole in my heart,
A hole far beyond repair.

You have left without a trace,
Without a goodbye gift,
Without a map to find you,
You left already, you left far to many times.

Except this time it is for real,
You left long ago,
You haven't Come back,
Not yet.
