A quick dash of sadness and loneliness.
Here I am, where are you?
The lines are always the same:
Here I am, where are you?

I remember life before sadness came
to be my constant companion.
The lines are always the same.

Like a sad life with no sun,
living without you brings darkness
to be my constant companion.

I wish I could break and harness
the run away mare that you ride.
Living without you brings darkness.

When the sun shines I hide,
wishing to be shadowed and alone;
the run away mare that you ride.

I have nothing left but to atone;
wishing to be shadowed and alone.
Here I am, where are you?
Here I am, where are you?
