A day in the life of a young boy
I notice the carpenter wondering how to save wood
I see the flower girl smelling her roses
as a gentleman gives his seat to a lady like he should
all choreographed like the mime's poses
and scripted like I already know this

Here in this train exists nothing I've never seen
But from the corner of my eyes she reads a magazine
Almost like she came out of a dream
A girl like that and I would make a great team
Too bad there's all these passengers that get in between

In my train of thought she's always there waiting for me
In my train of thought is were she always seems to be
Stay on this train until all the passengers leave
Stay on this train and one day our souls will be free
