Busy bees in the golden meadow.
In the golden meadow
the bees buzz and drone
amid the flowers they flit;
busily spreading beauty.

The bees buzz and drone,
flecks of pollen carried
from daisy to pansy
and on to the hive.

Amid the flowers they flit
across this colorful leaf
and down to this stamen
and back again they go.

Busily spreading beauty
the bees come and go,
busy, always busy;
in the golden meadow.
