Heart beats measure the time we have left.
Heart beats ticking down,
Like the seconds on the clock,
Ticking until I'm in the ground,
At the end of my life's long walk.

Every beat gives me life,
Pulsing power through my veins,
Spill it out with a knife,
Make my life on the floor leave stains.

Before you get the chance to,
Be aware of who I am.
My death will always haunt you,
You won't end up in the slam.

Your fate is worse than this,
Your heart beat's numbers dwindle down,
The end of me brings you Death's kiss,
Your heart beats silenced underground.
